My testimonial

My Testimonial
Teng Jia Jun was enrolled in Marsiling Secondary School on 2-1-2004 and completed GCE ‘O’ Level Examination in Nov 2007.

Jia Jun is a charismatic speaker and does not have problem in articulating in front of a large group of audience confidently. With his flair for public speaking, he was chosen to make a speech on the Green Club for the Sec 1s during CCA open house (2006). He had also represented the school to make a presentation on his team’s Physics Project during the Scientific Thinking Program organized by the Republic Polytechnic (2006). He will always put forth his views effectively and openly in class. He is ready to stand by his own convictions and defend his own position. He thinks fast on his feet and will occasionally charm his classmates with his timely witty remarks.

Jia Jun displays self-discipline and will always turn up for after-school activities faithfully and punctually. He will attend his supplementary lessons without fail. He honours his commitments as an NPCC cadet and will attend the activities (like NPCC Camp and Crowd Control Duties during school event) regularly.

As a constructive team player, Jia Jun establishes positive working relationship and works cooperatively towards the team’s goal. He offers valuable suggestion for improvement and effectively translates ideas into actions. His sound and consistent character makes it easy for his teammates to rely on him. He is able to work well in any group that he is assigned to.

Fun loving and sociable, Jia Jun gets along well with his classmates. He establishes friendship bonds with the community regardless of race, religion or social background. His teachers have commented that he has no problem grasping difficult concepts and can apply his knowledge in new situations.

Jia Jun is a gentleman who is willing to offer his seat to the ladies when the need arises. He is not easily affected by others and has a mind of his own. Decisive action (clear thinking, resolute and strong-minded) has always been his forte. He displays calm and confidence even under pressure. He has much latent strength that shows that he has potential for further achievements. It is indeed a pleasure teaching him.
